BIG Asss weekend!

We know most of you are all excited to get home stuff the ‘eff out of something! We are keeping it short and sweet (that’s what she said!). For those of you who made it out to the Ridge Runners Alumni party thank you for bettering your life and getting inspired to party harder, shred harder, and see this club to its full potential! Smart. After you guys munch down on some oh soo sweet, savory, plump, and juicy breasts, of a turkey it’s time to get your legs back in shape and ready for riding a week’s worth of powder in Aspen! That’s why a grip of us are heading up to Big Bear and slashin some line in the fluffy white stuff on sat, 11/26. 12/2: YETI Madness is going down. ASI BEAT has asked them to help pimp out their event and host a movie Premeir! We will be Permiering RedBull’s Art of Flight! This is one of the dopiest dope shredographies out right now! Super sick and clean shot with some of the best HD technology out. Im wet already! There is all kinds of Shenigans going down during yeti madness including EDC by cal poly, Ice skating, and they are giving out free scantrons and bluebooks for finals! Come by see the coolest movie of the season, meet memebers of the opposite sex, and get some free stuff!

We also are having a waxing party! No, not brazilin…. But for your boards and twice planks. We will be providing all the wax and beverages and showing how to wax your junk so that we are all lubed up for the BIG trip!

None the less, big trip training should commence starting yesterday, but we are doing an over-night stay in big bear to train extremely hard! Details pending

You have Made the best decision of your college career! Better than sex, this trip is! As Yoda once said… Now that it’s all said and done we can confirm that this is the BIGGEST big  trip we have ever taken with 95 people going on the trip! Thursday:

-U-hour , BLD 15-1808 First (Floor Library), weekly meeting is going down! Stop by, eat some pizza, and shoot the shit with the coolest club on campus! We will answer any question you have about the BIG TRIP and tell you what you need to bring, how much to pack, and about rooming!

Friday:

-630AM another club riding day this Friday at Bear Mountain where you can find us NosePressin Some box if you lip slide our rail! Some of our members and officers are rolling up to big  bear  for the day to get some training in for the big trip. So if you want to go, hit up Mike (760) 815-5119 or Jarod (562) 826-4702 and we’ll work something out!

Saturday:

-Noon 12PM DAY PARTY! This Shindig will be known only as, "THE GREATEST EVENT IN HISTORY!" This is a Members only and former eBoard exclusive event! As you may or may not know Ridge Runners Has Been around for quite some time and this party is bringing Ridge Runners together, Past and Present! So come out meet some of the people who started the club and got the ball rolling in to what the club has become today. Beverages, food, old club videos, and pictures will be provided. These  Alumni are stoked the club is still around and are excited to meet us! So if you are a member or former EBoard don’t miss "THE GREATEST EVENT IN HISTORY!"

It is time to get PLOWIN’!

The 2011-12 season is here and all of us powder plowers need to break our 2 planks or shred sticks and plow ‘er down like never before! There is still room on the BIG TRIP! Spots on the second bus are filling fast so if you and your friends want to get on this amazing trip, do not hesitate and sign up now! For all you big trippers the your trip need to be paid up in FULL by November 13th by midnight. If you thought about not taking the bus you can still switch to the bus and not miss out on one of the most amazing rolling parties of your life! Because who wants worry about splitting gas, if your car will even make it in these arctic conditions, not partying the entire way to and from the resort, or your friends trashing your car! Not us! And, not real big trippers! For those of you who have been waiting for the second bus to open up online, you are in luck so login into your portal and select it, HERE, and pay up! For those of you who want to go on the trip and haven’t put your deposit down click HERE!

Alright so if you haven’t heard Mt. High opened Saturday, Big Bear Opens Wednesday, and Mammoth opens 11-10! That is the update on our local mountains but what is more impressive is ASPEN/SNOWMASS! They received 23” in the last 7 days! That’s Right, the snow gods know we are rolling out to Colorado and have chosen dump all over, in, and around ASPEN/SNOWMASS! Below is what we got going down like James Brown this week!

Tuesday:

FundRasier!
-7PM-till close! We are having a Fundraiser at Cantina Express! This is our normal taco Tuesday but this Tuesday the more money we spend, the more money the club raises to keep putting sick events all Year. So Bring Your friends and let’s eat, drink, and be merry! Plus Dave has a beer pong table! Also Dave hooks it up with a free pitcher after your fifth one! See yall there! 18+ event!

Thursday:

General Meeting
-YOU-Hour: Library Rm. 1808- weekly meeting! Stop by, kick easy with your eboard, and fellow members! We will eating pizza, discussing events, and answering any questions you may have about the Big Trip, the club, or hear whats up with the second bus! You can also pay your club dues and pick up your club shirts! We will also be arranging car pooling for our first club riding day on Friday! Also if u need any gear tell us! We have deals on boards, and get 50% of all 686 gear!

Friday:

Club Riding Day at Bear Mountain!
-@ The Butt crack of dawn! (7AM)  We will be rolling out, chrome wheels spinin’ to Bear! We will be meeting in lot F by the police station located in the corner of the parking structure before 7AM, mountain opens at 830AM. Everyone is welcomed to come and welcome to come, just show up before 7AM so we can organize some car pooling!  Let’s all throw down our first tracks of the year! TGR Movie Premier
-@ 7:30PM once we shower and clean  ourselves up we are again meeting up in lot F and carpooling out to Claremont colleges where our friends at SKEEZE will be screening One For The Road, an HD ski and snowboard film by Teton Gravity Research!

- Tickets are 10 bucks and that get u all the free shit below and into the after party!

Oh my lanta! Special thanks to all those who made it out to sushi cruise last Thursday! It was the best sushi night to date rolling 30 deep with pitchers and sake everywur! Ridge Runners rocked the mic all night during karaoke, special thanks to whoever chose the song “Jizz in my pants” good call! All the information about the BIG TRIP will be list below, it’s not too late to get on the trip! As you can tell we always have things going down every week and this is what we got goin on!

-4PM-6PM, Burst out of your bubble of being cooped up in the villagio, stop by the block party at the village apartments. We will be out there repping the RRCPP and we hope you stop by and say what up, because we will fill you in on the after party location!

It is that time of the year for Ridge Runner’s most prestigious event of the year, BROOM BALL! So what's up to all you Ballers! Bring you’re A game! Sheeeet is about to pop off, player. As usual we will be pre partying in the parking lot before, during, and after. So come thirsty and ready to wield a Broom stick, calm down harry potter enthusiasts, this is not Quidditch! Pure fun, so stop by if you haven’t had a chance to how we roll (we roll deep in the paint son!)

THE BIG TRIP IMPORTANT DETAILS:
Ther is still room on the Aspen Ski Trip! Bus # 1  if full, locked, loaded, and ready to party hardy! We have been getting lots of disappointed emails from people who did not get their deposits in soon enough to make it on bus #1. Fear no more, because we are shooting to fill a second bus! There is 55 people to a bus, as of right now there are 90+ people going on the trip so far, so we are aiming to fill a second bus and we are almost there! So those of you who have been waiting until the last minute this is it! ALL money is due and need to be paid in full by 11/13/2011! That is the final cutoff no if and or buts about it! Remember that this is the most fun you will have in your life all ages welcome 18+ events all week on the trip!

-People who still egar beavers to go on the trip but have been lagging have 13 days to pay your entire trip in full. You can any time by following the links on our website, www.ridgerunnerscpp.com, but at midnight on the 13th the portal closes for good, either you are on the trip paid in full or not!

Don’t be afraid to ride the buses! They come fully stocked with party supplies including 30 blocks, slapa-da-bags, and hardy hard hard! Plus we stop in Vegas for 2 hours, so bet it all on red and have your trip pay for its self!

Some of you have elected to provide your own transportation, which is cool too, but keep in mind if you are flying, we have no way of picking you up from the airport! We don’t drive the buses and will be incapable of operating anything but a blender or our shred sticks! Also know that Denver Colorado is 4 HOURS away from the resort. So you will need to arrange some transportation. The condos we are staying at are located on Snowmass Mountain and are called laurel woods if you wanna check them out.
With all that said why wouldn’t you want to ride up on a rolling party Buses!? This is one of the few times you get to drink while on the road! You all will be mashing Juice boxes all day, get some shut eye, and wake up in a winter wonder land! Wake to snow on the ground and DVD’s of snow films and dumber and dumber playing! Which will likely be ending in a drinking game, rebooting the rolling party all over again!

This trip is will enter legendary status this year, Due to the fact that some of our most notorious partiers have returned for this Trip! People such as: “that guy”, “that girl”, Rob The felon (Legally allowed in CO!), Door Nob, and Da naked guy! The Minute the buses leave Cal poly the rolling party will begin!

So, if you would like to switch to bus transportation, or if the option was unavailable when you paid your deposit, let us know ASAP! It’s $198 for us to take you up stress free and party capable. The bus trip is when some of the most unforgettable memories are made and one of the best parties of the trip!

-Congrats to all you lucky sols that got your money in on time! Your spot is locked in and guaranteeeed! If anyone is already on the trip and needed transportation, but didn’t get it please let us know ASAP!

-People signed up for bus #2 will receive their money back if we are unable to get you to the mountain, highly unlikely, we want all and everyone of you to share this bad ass, once-in-a-life-time trip, and will do whatever we can to get you there. We have carpooled up to SLO, hopped on their buses, and out partied them before and are not afraid to do it again!
