What’s Pop-Lockin-Cliff- Droppin! We are glad to see everyone that made it out to jojo’s and to PACK THE [PARKING LOT]! Thanks for helping to raise money for the club and if you didn’t make out to PACK THE [PARKING LOT] then u missed out. It was a blast and we managed to stay dry, rock out, hang out, and grub out! Look for us in the Poly Post! We brought never before scene school sprit to the Kellogg gym and we definitely had a hand in the Broncos Bball team’s victor over Chico, I mean Weak-o State! I think we all trying out for cheer next quarter because we know how to get the crowd going, and the girls in our club are smokin hot! So this is what’s going on this week: -Tuesday 2/ 9 were gunna be out in the quad DURING U-Hour with Utility Board Shop hanging out and giving out some free stuff! We will also be getting everyone pumped up for the Spring Break Trip to Lake Tahoe, which is gunna blow your minds more than a Vegas Stripper! So come by and say what up, don’t be scared, this is not a kissing booth, although that can be arranged.. -Tuesday Night @ 7:30, Tuesday night are going to our official club weekly hang out nights and were gunna be at Cantina Express on the corner of Temple and Pomona Blvd. Its taco Tuesdays which means specials like 1 tacos and Dave from cantina Promised 6 dollar pitchers for Ridge Runners! Its a lot of fun and a great way to take a break for school during the week. Who knows we may get Karaoke going again! -Thursday U-hour Club meeting Building 9 rooms 269. There will be pizza for members. We will be accepting Deposit for the Spring Break Trip, giving you all the details to write down, and answering any questions. We’re probably going to show a movie as well and organizing carpool to shred this weekend. You can’t beat pizza and a movie! -Friday, this is going to be a club riding day at Mt. High. The local mountains have received even more snow this past weekend so we need to tear it up! So already some of us are planning on going up! If you wanna go let us know on Thursday at the meeting so we can arrange rides for everyone. Also we are going to be doing some filming for this year’s club video, so don’t miss out! Were kickin it low key this week so you can save your money for V-day, that's right girls, buy your special guy that power tool he always wanted! Jackets: Jackets should be in this week sometime and we will let you know as soon as there done so you can go sport dem new threads! Spring Break Lake Tahoe! For the third year in a row Ridge Runners are going up to Lake Tahoe and will be Riding the fabulous Mountain know as Kirkwood! The reason we keep coming back here is there is no where else closer that can offer such great quality snow in late March! The 2 Pervious trips have been a BLAST and this year is sure to be the best yet! So if you missed out on the Big Trip to Canada then this trip is your chance to experience what a REAL College Ski Trip is all about! Kirkwood facts: Average Length of Season: November to April Skiable Acres: 2,300 Designated Trails: 65 + Vertical Rise: 2,000ft Base Elevation: 7,800ft Top Elevation: 9,800ft Longest Run: 2.5mi Average snow fall: 600”/per Year Terrain Parks: 2 Parks for Jumpers and Jibbers Trip Details: -4 nights of lodging -3 days of ridding -Some alcohol provide - Dates: Depart Sunday 3/21.
